Returns & Refunds

We hope you are satisfied with your HOR purchase, however if you change your mind our returns policy offers a full refund or exchange of goods. Please ensure your return arrives with us within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of returning any unwanted item. 

To receive a returns slip simply email customer services at the address below stating your reason for return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that returns are delivered and signed for by a member of the House of Rouse team. We recommend retaining proof of returns purchase until the exchange or refund is complete. 

Please use all original product packaging and ensure any goods are safely packed when sending the products back to us. We do not cover the postage & packaging costs for returning goods.

30 Day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items such as limited editions, custom products and sale items cannot be returned. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Please detail the exchange request on the returns form provided with your returns label. Upon receiving your return we will confirm if the exchange is possible, if not we will issue a refund or store credit. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
